About
A Front End Web Developer from Toronto, ON. I’ve been interested in Web Development since elementary school in the early 2000s, building my first pages on a platform called Geocities. At the time, I never saw developing web pages as a potential career path, and with barely any resources to continue my growth, my focus shifted to customer service. While I've spent over 10 years working in a Retail environment, managing teams of 20 - 40 employees and developing daily procedures, I’ve always wanted to pivot back into the development field. After completing Juno College’s Web Development bootcamp, as well as two accelerated development courses prior, I’m ready to rejoin the Web Development world. Take a look down below at a selection of my work, and if anything intrigues you, hit me up! I’d love to chat.

Q4 Inc. - Web Developer II
January 2022 - September 2023
Under this position, I utilized our Q4 CMS system and Figma designs to customize/build, or redesign Investor Relations (IR) websites for new/current clients.
I had the opportunity to assist various squads over the year, developing singular pages or features for existing clients on the Change Request (CR) team, fixing bugs and improving upon features within premade website templates on the Optimizations team, and providing after hours support/updates post launch on the Support team.
I balanced multiple tasks at a time; working on new sites, fixing bugs for previously developed sites, and assisting squads.
Examples: American Airlines Newsroom, Manitowoc Company, O-I Glass & RXO Inc.

Juno College - Web Development Immersive Bootcamp Graduate
March 2021 - July 2021
As a graduate from Juno's Front End Development Bootcamp, I spent a total of 6 months learning and strengthening Front End fundamentals.
Over the months of March and April, I was enrolled in two accelerated courses at Juno to get a head start on the Bootcamp, focusing on HTML/CSS and JavaScript respectively. And between May and July, I was enrolled as a full-time student (M-F, 9-5) in the Bootcamp, which covered the fundamentals, but also introduced SCSS and React.
